This Fast Estimate module gives you the tools to Markup bills, Compare prices and Award work to subcontractors.

Based on a traditional approach to handling subcontractors. Fully integrated with your existing schedules and other files.

The SC module is split into 3 main parts, shown as tabs. These reflect the order in which you would normally approach the task of marking, issuing, comparing and awarding contracts.

Markup

Use this form to assign trades to entire schedules, bills, or individual bill items. You can add new Trades to the table during Select if needed.

Invitations

This is where you assign the Trades you intend to subcontract for this schedule and select the subcontractors you want to invite to submit their prices.
Simply Export the specialist items to Excel and then email them straight to your subcontractors.

Compare / Award

  1. Import each completed bill in turn (select the subcontractor using the tree - lowest level).
  2. Use the Compare / Award function set to check, compare and edit tenders
  3. Award tenders based on your selection criteria.
